Light Morphology is a series of digital paintings which visualize the concept of "living light ecology". The digital paintings work in combination with a custom light sensor module, where light from the environment is transmitted into the digital realm modulating the light paintings.

Morphology is a term in biology that studies the physical characteristics of organisms including their shape, size and arrangement of parts. To me, the series of digital paintings are part of the larger worldbuilding of living light ecology, combining fantasy, video game aesthetics, digital light rendering engines and light as a speculative being.
